About the role
Owns budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting. The person also oversees accounting, month-end and year-end closing and the external audit, and manages cash flow, banking and treasury. They ensure tax and statutory compliance and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate has an accounting or finance degree (ACCA, ICAG, CPA or CMA is a strong plus), has managed a finance team, and is strong in SAP and advanced Excel.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA, ICAG, CPA or CMA is a strong plus)
- 8-10 years of finance experience, including managing a finance team (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
