About the role
Hollard Life Assurance Ghana Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to support the strategic and operational management of the Finance function, including financial planning, IFRS 17 reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury, and controls.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification — ICAG, ACCA, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in financial services or insurance
- At least 4 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Must-haves
- Strong practical, hands-on experience with IFRS 17 and insurance accounting
- Proven exposure to the life insurance business
