About the role
The Finance Manager leads financial reporting and controls for an insurance company, with IFRS 17 central to the work. They lead IFRS 17 measurement, reporting and disclosures, prepare financial statements and management reports, and oversee reserves, premium accounting and reinsurance. The role also supports budgeting, audits and NIC compliance. It needs 8 to 10 years in finance, including leading a team, and IFRS 17 experience in insurance is required.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (ACCA, ICAG a plus)
- IFRS 17 experience in insurance (required)
- 8 to 10 years in finance, including leading a team
- Strong ERP skills and advanced Excel
