About the role
This role plans and manages how goods move in and out of the warehouse, with a focus on import and export shipments. The officer coordinates carriers, transporters and clearing agents, and prepares and checks the import and export documents. They also track shipments, resolve delays and customs issues, and keep delivery schedules and cost records up to date. The role needs 5 to 7 years in logistics, including import and export, and a solid grasp of customs rules and Incoterms.

What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business
- 5 to 7 years in logistics, including import and export
- Knowledge of customs rules, Incoterms and shipping documents
- Strong planning, negotiation and communication skills
