About the role
The Warehouse Team Lead runs day-to-day warehouse activity for a manufacturing firm. They supervise receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, and schedule and coach the warehouse team. They also keep stock accurate through counts and system updates and enforce safety, housekeeping and handling rules. The role needs 4 to 5 years of hands-on warehouse experience leading a team, and candidates must be physically fit for active warehouse work.

What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business
- 4 to 5 years in warehouse operations, leading a team
- Working knowledge of inventory systems (SAP a plus)
- Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving
- Physically fit for active warehouse work
