About the role
The Quality Control Inspector is a Quality department role in Ghana, reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality across the manufacturing process. The inspector carries out in-process and final-product inspections and records results in SAP, reports non-conformities and follows up on corrective actions, verifies labels, packaging and finished goods before release, and handles line clearance and raw-material receiving inspections. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or other relevant qualification, 0 to 3 years of Quality Control experience (preferably in manufacturing or food production), knowledge of QC principles, GMP and inspection techniques (with HACCP or ISO 22000 as an advantage), and good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.

- Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions

- Carry out line clearance and inspect raw-material receiving
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or other relevant qualification
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing or food production
- Technical knowledge: QC principles, GMP and inspection techniques; HACCP or ISO 22000 is an advantage
- Software skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
